State Council
The State Council executes laws and supervises ministries, as well as major government agencies. To carry out the administrative functions of the Chinese Government, it adopts measures, enacts rules and regulations, and issues decisions and orders.
The State Council must approve medium- and long-term export credit insurance for projects over the investment limit for each BRI host country or $100 million (whichever value is lower).
