Morgan is the Director of Operations at the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI), where she manages ASPI project workflow to ensure ASPI's research, policy, communications, brand, partnership, fundraising, events, and administrative function are operating in an integrated fashion. She also serves as a Project Manager for ASPI's Center for China Analysis Cure4Cancer work.

Prior to joining ASPI, Morgan spent three years as an assistant and philanthropy manager for the VP of Foremost Group and the CEO of Breyer Capital. She has also worked in various roles managing the social media strategy for non-profit organizations in India and France, as a legal interpreter in Mandarin in Philadelphia, and as an English teacher in Shanghai, China.

Morgan holds a master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the American University of Paris and a bachelor’s in Political Science, Russian and Chinese from the University of Pittsburgh.
