On December 10, 2024, the Asia Society Policy Institute’s Center for China Analysis (CCA) launched China 2025: What to Watch, the second in a series of reports prepared annually where CCA experts analyze China’s prospects in the coming year and highlight the most important developments to keep an eye on.

To launch the report, CCA invited prominent experts and the report’s authors for an invitation-only full-evening event featuring Dr. Kyung Dr. Kyung-wha Kang, President and CEO of the Asia Society, panel discussions covering Chinese domestic politics, economy, and foreign policy, spotlight presentations, and keynote speech by the Hon. Dr. Kevin Rudd, former Prime Minister of Australia and CCA Founding Chair.
