Carolina Fowler

Carolina is Operations and Programs Officer for the Asia Society Policy Institute based in New York City. In this capacity, she supports ASPI’s operations and digital engagement while providing research, coordination, and administration assistance for project initiatives. She came to ASPI from the Asia Program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) where she worked as a Program Assistant for the Asia Program. Carolina started at GMF as an intern for the Asia Program and the Future of Geopolitics Program. Previously, Carolina also worked as the Executive Assistant and Social Media Director for the Transatlantic Forum for Education and Diplomacy (TFED). 

Originally from South Carolina, Carolina graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a degree in Global Studies and Peace, War, & Defense. While at school, she lived and worked in Ollantaytambo, Peru, Washington, D.C, and London, United Kingdom. Carolina loves learning languages and has studied Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
