YPG Samples Some BaoDown

The ASNC Young Professionals Group headed to BaoDown SF for their latest happy hour and enjoyed a delightful array of Pacific Rim cuisine. While listening to 90s hip hop, YPGers were treated to Adobo brussel sprouts, parmesan truffle fries, house made vegetarian dumplings, and of course, bao! Four types of bao were included in the flight including pork, chicken, ahi, and vegetarian. About halfway through the happy hour, Chef and Co-owner Greg Edwards spoke to the group and then answered individual questions in a smaller group for a more personalized experience. Chef Edwards spoke about the inspiration for the food, the decor, and the interior. The graffiti art is consistent throughout all BaoDown locations and by artist Taka Sudo.
