Groundbreaker Exclusive Tour of Freeman Vineyard & Winery
VIEW EVENT DETAILS
On March 27, 2025, invited guests will convene for an afternoon of wine tasting and exploration of one of Sonoma County’s most exclusive wineries specializing in distinctive Pinot Noirs & Chardonnays. For nearly 25 years, Freeman Vineyard & Winery has been one of the great pioneers of cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery has helped to define a more balanced, sophisticated, and thoughtful style of winemaking – a style that had been embraced by connoisseurs and collectors from around the world. Freeman wine has been enjoyed by many, including multiple Presidents and Prime Ministers throughout the years at the White House dinners and luncheons. Join Asia Society Northern California, as Akiko Freeman (born and raised in Tokyo) and Ken Freeman share the story of their lifelong dream of establishing a family-run winery dedicated to crafting expressive, acclaimed small-production wines. They’ll also share the future of their small business in the years to come.
This event is invite-only for our Groundbreaker members and donors. Registration and confirmation are required at least 24 hours before the event.
