CEO Roundtables

CEO Roundtable

CEO Roundtables bring together senior business leaders with government, academia and civil society to advance bilateral trade and investment links between Australia and its key Asian partners. These high-level roundtables discuss practical ideas to pursue trade and investment opportunities, while developing business-to-business connections, and professional relations between leaders. Each roundtable results in country-specific policy memos and case studies to inform and support business outcomes.

In 2021, the roundtables are focussed on Viet Nam and presented in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and NSW Treasury. The roundtables support the implementation of the recommendations by the Asia Taskforce (a joint initiative of the Asia Society Australia and Business Council of Australia) and are a part of the “Trade Smarter” priority of the Asia Society Australia’s new strategic plan 2021-2026.
