On July 1, Hong Kong marked the 20-year anniversary of its handover from the U.K. to China. To mark the occasion, Asia Society hosted a panel discussion with Ronnie C. Chan, global co-chair of the Asia Society, Tammy Tam, the editor-in-chief of the South China Morning Post, and Ben Zhang, a member of the executive committee of Haitong International Securities Group, on the state of affairs in contemporary Hong Kong. The conversation was moderated by Asia Society Executive Vice President Tom Nagorski.
