Photos: 'Densatil,' 'Nalini Malani' Openings at Asia Society Museum
New exhibitions range from classical to cutting-edge contemporary
NEW YORK, February 18, 2014 — Asia Society Museum opened its new exhibitions Golden Visions of Densatil: A Tibetan Buddhist Monastery and Nalini Malani: Transgressions to patrons and supporters with a walk-through of the Museum galleries and a lecture by Golden Visions of Densatil guest curator Dr. Olaf Czaja.
Guests were also free to take in Tales of Wonder: Indian Art from the Asia Society Museum Collection, an exhibition of paintings and sculptures from Asia Society's permanent collection organized to coincide with Nalini Malani: Transgressions.
