Joy Chen, CEO of the Multicultural Leadership Institute, is a trailblazer in global cross-cultural leadership development, enabling teams to more effectively engage and sell across cultures. A former Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles and executive recruiter for Fortune 500 CEOs and Board members, her leadership has spanned three continents and been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Economist, and Vogue China. 

Satya Anand, President of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) for Marriott International, Inc., oversees a portfolio of over 1,000 hotels across 76 countries and territories. With a career at Marriott beginning in 1988, he has held significant roles including Chief Operations Officer for Luxury & Southern Europe and Global Design EMEA, Chief Financial Officer for Europe, and Area Vice President for Western and Central Europe. Anand, who holds degrees from MES College of Commerce in Bangalore and the Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management in Austria.

Nishma Gosrani OBE is a Financial Services Partner at Bain & Company in London and leads the ground-breaking Financial Services Female CEO Club, Stratos. With two decades of consulting experience, she specializes in human capital transformation, digitization, and AI strategies. Nishma served on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Business Council and previously led Deloitte Consulting's Financial Services Culture and Organization Design practice. Recognized in the Financial Times' "Top 35 Future Leaders" list, she received an OBE in 2020 for her work in diversity and gender pay gap reporting and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
