Judith Rodin is President Emerita of the Rockefeller Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania. She is a pioneer, innovator, change-maker, global thought-leader, and the architect of the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities, an initiative dedicated to helping cities around the world become more resilient to the physical, social, and economic challenges that are a growing part of the 21st century.


Sean Chiao is president for Asia Pacific at AECOM, a premier, fully integrated infrastructure firm that designs, builds, finances, and operates assets for governments, business, and organizations in over 150 countries.

William H. Cole is president & CEO of Baltimore Development Corporation, a non-profit organization promoting the economic development of the city of Baltimore.

Kenneth DeWoskin is the senior advisor and eminence fellow at Deloitte LLP for China research and insight, and he is an expert on China business issues and providing thought leadership on critical financial, economic, and business issues.

Andrew Kimball is CEO of Industry City, an innovation ecosystem complex located on the waterfront in Brooklyn, New York.

Roland Lewis is president and CEO of Waterfront Alliance, an organization that works to protect, transform and revitalize New York.

Calvin Tsao, FAIA, is principal of Tsao & McKown Architects, a global architect firm designing smart cities around the world.

Joanne Witty is the vice chair and former director of the Brooklyn Bridge Development Corporation.
