Sip, dance, and discover an evening of immersive experiences — from an open bar and live DJ set to a photobooth, sketch station, henna, tarot readings, a Korean-fusion food truck on Park Avenue, and a sustainable fashion pop-up.

Guests will also enjoy after-hours access to the Asia Society Museum's galleries. 

Proceeds from the After Party support Asia Society’s global arts initiatives, championing the artists and ideas shaping the future of Asian and Asian American art.

MUSIC 

Vivian Wang is a Beijing born and NYC based selector and producer. She is a dynamic and genre-defying DJ who is guaranteed to ignite any dancefloor with her electrifying energy. Her unconventional sets are a mix of rare vinyl gems and original productions/edits, woven together to produce a unique, high-octane sound. Rather than sticking to one style, she leads with the mission to uplift and inspire her audience.

For Vivian, the notion of being pigeonholed into any one genre is anathema. Her performances draw from a diversity of genres and culture that span time and space. Music has always been a means of self-expression and connection for Vivian, a passion she discovered after leaving China during the Tiananmen square protests as a child. She transmits this liberation acoustically on the dancefloor and seeks to live her truth in every sound she plays.

Vivian's heart and soul can be felt directly in her sets and she can easily be found shedding tears of happiness on the dancefloor and behind the decks. This, along with her talent has taken her to the top of the DJ scene, sharing the stage with luminaries such as Cassy, Danny Tenaglia, Seth Troxler, Juan Atkins, and David Morales. Her involvement in the Brooklyn Sway Label and with Freshly Pressed - a fundraising music series she co-founded dedicated to giving back to youth music programs, has cemented her reputation as one of the most exciting rising stars in the scene. She has her 2nd release upcoming on Brookly Sway and working on a solo EP.
