Why did you decide to cancel the onsite conference?
In light of ongoing concerns about travel due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we made the difficult decision to cancel the onsite National Chinese Language Conference scheduled for May 7–10, 2020 in Orlando, Florida. We made this decision with the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff as our top priority.
Will you reschedule the 2020 National Chinese Language Conference?
The goals of National Chinese Language Conference are central our work to support educators and students from all backgrounds. This year, we will transform NCLC 2020 into an online event to bring together educators virtually during this unprecedented time. Please save the dates for the Virtual NCLC 2020, June 24-26, 10 AM-2 PM ET. This virtual conference will be accessible globally for FREE for all attendees.

How do I cancel my onsite registration?
All registrations for the onsite 2020 NCLC have been canceled and refunded. Registrations fees were refunded via the initial form of payment. You should have received your refund by now. If you have not received your refund by then, please contact [email protected].
What is the refund policy for any travel expenses I have incurred like airfare?
The NCLC team is not responsible for any travel related or out-of-pocket expenses. You should reach out to your airline directly for a refund and/or visit the airline’s Website for flight cancelation policies. For hotel reservations, you are responsible for canceling your reservation and subject to the hotel’s refund policies.
