Among his board commitments, Serge holds positions as chairman of the board of trustees and co-founder of Asia Society France, vice chairman of the board of ImpactWayv, Inc., and board member of Synergos and Asia Society in New York.
Serge stands as an esteemed pioneer who spearheaded the transformation of the public relations industry in China, elevating it into a thriving and highly sophisticated business sector. For nearly eight years, Serge served as vice chairman of Omnicom Group, Inc. Over his tenure, he successfully managed a portfolio of companies in which Omnicom was invested. He also added value in C-Suite roles with Edelman and Interasia Group.
Serge has been actively involved with the World Economic Forum, addressing pressing global challenges at the prestigious conference in Davos. Additionally, he has been honored with the Legion d’Honneur and received accolades from national governments and international organizations for his contributions to business, philanthropy, health, culture, and education. Serge’s academic foundation includes dual degrees in sociology and oriental languages and civilizations from Sorbonne University in Paris. He has further honed his expertise through studies at Taiwan Normal University and the Political Institute in Taipei. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and French.
