Offers guidance to maintain stable and substantial development and ensure compliance with international best practices.

PowerChina should: 

• Abide by honesty, integrity, and legal compliance.
• Set up compliance officers and staff in regional headquarters and departments. Arrange for subsidiaries and affiliates to establish their own compliance departments and staff.
• Establish and implement a compliance system for international standards. 

PowerChina’s Compliance Office should:

• Manage day-to-day compliance work.
• Implement and supervise the compliance system by organizing training, conducting audits, and supervising international business activities. 

PowerChina’s Compliance Construction Committee should:

• Be aware of multinational development banks' requirements. 
• Develop appropriate solutions and working plans for compliance construction work.

PowerChina should: 

• Provide targeted compliance training to workers with different positions and responsibilities.

PowerChina’s Compliance Office should: 

• Listen to workers’ suggestions about compliance work and answer compliance-related questions.
