Gokilavani Muthusamy is the current Head of Talent for the Asia Pacific at Visa. Before this, she has led diversity and inclusion practices in the corporate sector for several years, at companies like Visa Inc., Bank of America , Merrill Lynch, among others. Her focus area includes the advancement of women and diverse talent in the company and enhancing the culture of inclusion and belonging.

Gokilavani started her career in a non-profit organization with the aim of youth development and empowerment. She has worked and completed projects in Indonesia, Botswana, and the Philippines, allowing her to work extensively in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, she has actively advocated the importance of pluralism and cultural diversity across several civil societies in Europe and Asia.

Muthusamy has also completed her training in cultural diversity at UNESCO Paris.
