In the second program of Gen A 2024, Gen A members will engage with Ronnie Screwvala, entrepreneur and philanthropist (UTV; RSVP Movies; upGrad; Swades Foundation) over a lunch at his office. He will share leadership lessons on resilience, optimism and entrepreneurship, as well as how to survive and lead in today's complex world with stillness, empathy, and patience.

Ronnie is a first-generation Indian entrepreneur, philanthropist, opinion leader, and author. He is credited with pioneering cable TV across India and subsequently building UTV, one of the country’s largest media and entertainment companies. Ronnie also co-founded The Swades Foundation, which aims to empower one million lives in rural India every 5-7 years through a comprehensive model encompassing water, sanitation, health, education, and livelihood to permanently lift them out of poverty.
