Gardens of Love
VIEW EVENT DETAILSSir JJ College of Architecture and Speaking Tiger Books invite you to the Mumbai book launch of Gardens of Love written and illustrated by architect and author Meera Godbole-Krishnamurthy. This charming set of four interconnected stories follows the lives of characters as they meander through the historic tombs of the Lodhi Garden in New Delhi, the magnificent ruins of the Roman Forum in Rome, the deliberately designed natural landscape of Central Park in New York City and the topiary oddities of the Hanging Gardens in Mumbai. A selection of the exquisite pen and ink illustrations which form the narrative will be on view at the programme. Join us for an evening of conversation about gardens, architecture, relationships, love, and a lot more with Columnist, Writer, and Founder Director of the Mumbai International Literary Festival, Anil Dharker and the author.
