Dunan Clark is the founder, investor and leading advisor on China’s dynamic technology and consumer sectors, Clark is author of Alibaba: The House That Jack Ma Built. Clark has been based in China since 1994 where, after four years as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, he founded BDA China. A senior China policy advisor to institutional investors, corporations and governments, Clark is also a cofounder or early stage investor of a number of technology ventures. He is an independent director of Bangkok Bank (China) in Shanghai, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Asia Society in New York and a member of the advisory board of the Pictet Digital thematic mutual fund, managed by Pictet Asset Management in Geneva. Clark also serves on the international board of WildAid, the San Francisco non-profit whose mission is to end the trade of illegal wildlife products in our lifetime. Neeraj Kulshrestha joined BSE as Chief Operations Officer in 2015. He is responsible for Trading, Listing, Membership and IT operations. He is a member of the Executive Management Committee of BSE and is on the Boards of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) and Asia Index Private Limited. He has about 27 year experience in Capital markets, which includes Securities Markets and General Insurance. Prior to BSE he was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley India for 10 years. Before that he was with National Stock Exchange and has managed various functions like Trading Operations, Inspection and Investigation, Futures and Options Clearing and Trading. He has completed his Bachelors in Computer Science from Delhi University and a MBA from Indore University.
