Internships

We actively recruit for in-person internship positions throughout the year!  Internship opportunities last 3-4 months. You must be able to work a min of 300 hours (15-30 hours per week across 3-4 months).  

At Asia Society Seattle, we take pride in nurturing up-and-coming international relations scholars, policy buffs, problem solvers, and creative minds. Through our hands‐on internship program, students have the unique opportunity to work alongside our dynamic team to develop and market global programs that help educate the public about critical issues facing the United States, Asia, and the world.

Volunteers

Asia Society Seattle welcomes enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our programs and special events in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. If you are interested in supporting our mission, please email our Center at [email protected] for current opportunities.

Special Event Volunteers

Special Event Volunteers provide Asia Society staff with on-site support in a number of ways ranging from event setup and breakdown, to registering guests upon arrival, to greeting and ushering speakers and VIPs. Special events include our Annual Dinner celebration and major conferences. Shifts are typically event-driven lasting for a few hours through the completion of the program. Event access is complimentary!
