About
Asia Society’s 2022 Global Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Virtual Symposium, presented by Marriott International, is a timely and important annual event that will bring together Asian American Pacific Islander talent, business leaders, diversity, equity and inclusion practitioners, grassroots activists, partners, policy influencers and leaders and supporters to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the AAPI community, and our allies, both within and outside the workplace.
Programming for the day will feature a combination of inspirational dialogues, networking, and panel discussions providing tactical guidance for how to best improve individual skill sets – both personally and professionally – with a particular focus on supporting the development of AAPI professional talent. The symposium will conclude with the in-person 2022 APA Drivers for Diversity Awards ceremony, a celebration of outstanding AAPI individuals within companies who have demonstrated a positive impact towards the attraction, development and retention of AAPI talent in the business community.
As we continue to drive through the ongoing pandemic, let’s come together to embrace the incredible contributions made by AAPI talent to companies and explore how we can best support professional development and networking opportunities.
