Storytelling Masterclass
Storytelling at home is a popular family activity for parents nowadays. Teachers also began to use stories to make learning vivid and interesting in the classroom, and to make it easier for students to understand the content of the class. But what kind of story should be used? How to tell the story? These are the issues that everyone cares about most.
For teachers and parents who are interested in using storytelling at home and in the classroom, "Storytelling Master Class" invites professional educators from different fields to share their storytelling techniques, and how to choose suitable books for different ages and levels Children.
Kids' Storytelling & Workshops
In 2021, ASHK will hold a series of online storytelling workshops. We are collaborating with local children’s authors, teachers and educators in order to encourage kids under 7 to keep reading while staying at home. Other than authors and tutors sharing stories, the workshops will also include an art and craft session. The craft aims to entertain and educate children through moral values, and also allow kids to express themselves creatively. We strongly encourage parents to join these sessions too, to encourage more interacting between children and their family members. Children may also need help from adults when handling the art and craft tasks.
The storytelling program is a great opportunity for kids to explore, learn and heal. Together, let’s take part in this inspiring and motivational series!
