二月二十六日是元宵節 (又稱上元節)，象徵春天的來臨。元宵節其中的一個習俗便是一家人一起吃湯圓。在這天吃湯圓象徵「團圓、圓滿」的意思，而湯圓的讀音與「團圓」相近，寄望吃過湯圓，家人團團圓圓、和睦幸福。快跟我們一起烹調出美味又可愛的湯圓與家人分享吧。

The 2021 Lantern Festival will take place on February 26th. The festival symbolizes the coming of spring time, and the traditional Rice Dumpling (tāng yuan) represents family reunions because it sounds similar to “Reunion” in Chinese. People believe that consuming rice dumplings during the Lantern Festival can bring luck and best wish to their family and will always keep them together. Join us for this Rice Dumpling demonstration and learn how to make this delicious traditional treat!
