Seemaa Ram Hiranandaani is one of the first yoga and meditation teacher who brought the discipline of Sri Sri Yoga into Hong Kong. She began her teaching back in 1998 and has since been traveling around the globe conducting various yoga programs for individuals, local prisons, institutions and corporations; stress-relief yoga programs including ‘Happiness Program’, ‘Prison Smart’, ‘Sahaj Samadhi Meditation’ just to name a few. To further her devotion to the path of yoga, she is aspired to help building a stress-free, violence-free society through the teachings of yoga inspired by the Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She focuses on the true essence of breathing and meditation technique. With nearly two decades of yoga and meditation teaching experience, she helps students in deepening their Sadhana (practises).
Kenneth Lam focuses on the constant cultivation of awareness in Sadhana (practises), which he believes is the most essential aspect when practising yoga. In his classes, Kenneth puts emphasis on developing ones’ inner awareness in outer expression; through simple pranayama, asana, and meditation practises one could learn to tap into their natural and happy self, where inner peace reside. Kenneth graduated from Sri Sri School of Yoga and is a QCI certified yoga instructor by the Ministry of AYUSH India, he is also a devotee of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who is the founder of The Art of Living Foundation.
