Restorative Yoga with Bhakti Wong

This class addresses common physical tightness around the neck, shoulder, lower back and legs, through simple yoga postures held for a few minutes, to allow the body time to stretch and release deeply held tension.  The time together is a mix of yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness practice to clear the mind and feel good in the body.  Students often leave at the end of class feeling more grounded and at the same time, uplifted.

Tibetan Sound Spa with Tsering Ngodup

Each traditional Tibetan singing bowl is made with 7 metals: Gold, Silver, Copper, Iron, Mercury, Tin and Lead. Each metal is associated with one chakra.

Tsering will take you through a deep relaxation journey with the sound and vibration generated by a range of antique and full moon Tibetan Singing Bowls. Each bowl representing different vibrational frequencies for different chakras, balancing your energy, and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after the session.
