Restorative Yoga with Bhakti Wong

This class addresses common physical tightness around the neck, shoulder, lower back and legs, through simple yoga postures held for a few minutes, to allow the body time to stretch and release deeply held tension.  The time together is a mix of yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness practice to clear the mind and feel good in the body.  Students often leave at the end of class feeling more grounded and at the same time, uplifted.

OM Sound Temple with Tsering Ngodup

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations and melodic tones of Tibetan singing bowls, as they gently wash away stress and tension. During the session, you will be invited to focus on your breath and let go of any thoughts or worries, as the sound waves penetrate every cell of your being, releasing stagnant energy and promoting a deep sense of calm. The gentle vibrations of the bowls will create a meditative atmosphere, allowing you to effortlessly enter a state of relaxation and focus.
