Join Amy Chan, founder of Apricot Body and Mind Expressive Arts Nourish Center, who is a trained clinical hypnotherapist and counseling psychologist, to lead you through this unique workshop for a small group of members.

About the facilitator – Amy Chan
With a solid grounding in psychodynamic training, Amy Chan is a clinical hypnotherapist, counseling psychologist and yoga teacher. She has worked with individuals, universities, schools and multi-cultural communities in Hong Kong. She has been tutor and guest speaker at Master, Postgraduate and Undergraduate Psychology/ Education programs at universities (Since 2016), and had been a guest speaker at the Conscious Festival Hong Kong (2018). She believes that every individual has inner resources to smoothen and heal-we just need to re-learn the way and reconnect to our bodies and minds.
