Arhatic Yoga is a synthesis of many Yoga modalities (Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga). 2000 years ago, Patanjali shared in his sutras how Yoga was a guaranteed path to achieving union with God or attaining spiritual oneness. What Patanjali taught was the purest form of Yoga using the Eightfold path which consisted of postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), proper diet, mental and emotional hygiene, inner purifications and character building (yama, niyama), meditation (pratyahara, dharana, dhyana) and ultimately self-realization (samadhi).
This session will demonstrate how by using pranic healing one can clean one’s energy body and chakras which help in eliminating pain, disease, suffering and leads to health and happiness. It will also introduce some chakra cleansing meditation which helps to create peace, harmony, removes stress and negative energy & blockages from the energy body.
