Starting 2020, members can look forward to new wellness programs to improve on your fitness. In August, Stephanie will guide you through the singing bowls meditation to relax and calm your mind.

Singing Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo
During the 45-min session, Stephanie Luo will first guide you to focus on your breathing and body. While playing the Singing Bowls, she will guide you to set your intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as "to relax" or "to be open". For the rest, all you need to do is to allow the vibration to work its way through your body. At the end of the session, your body, mind and spirit will be relaxed, awakened and energized.
