Yoga for Stress Relief with Rosalie e’Silva
Are you ready to hit the pause button and completely relax? Then join Rosalie for this stress-busting yoga class.Rosalie will guide you through a stretchy, feel-good flow designed to open up the body, release tension and tap into a deeper sense of well-being.The session is open to all levels, including complete beginners. Expect to emerge from the class feeling clearer, lighter and deeply relaxed.
Singing Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo
After the yoga class, you’ll remain in a comfortable, lying position as Stephanie takes you on a journey inwards using the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls. She will guide you to set an intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as "to relax" or "to be open". All you need to do is relax and allow the vibrations to work their way through your body. By the end of the session, your body, mind and spirit will be relaxed, awakened and energised. You will then enjoy a cup of tea and a Q&A with Stephanie and Rosalie.
