Starting 2020, members can look forward to new wellness programs to improve on your fitness. In May, take this opportunity to have fun exercising with Stephanie’s movement play, a mixture of pilate, gyrotonic, yoga and qigong. Aurelie will guide you through the gong bath to help you deepen your healing benefits.

Movement Play by Stephanie Luo
In the first hour of wellness class, Stephanie will share with you a sequence of some simple body movements. These movements are based on principles of pilate, gyrotonic, yoga and qigong with the emphasis on working with the spinal cord. Our spinal cord is a complex and sophisticated system. It is the centre of our body’s functions and the support for us stand upright.
Through these movements, you will become more aware of your spinal cord and start to notice the subtle details of the inner engineering of your own body. During the session, you will also get to explore your own body’s range through exploring free style movements with the other participants. It is fun and interactive.
Tea Meditation with Gong Bath by Aurélie Gauthier
In the 45-min meditation session, Stephanie will lead you into the next meditation session with some organic tea. As you tune into the space, Aurélie will start playing the Gong to help you deepen the healing benefits from the Movement Play and the tea. You just need to let the sound vibrations to awaken your body’s self-healing capability and let the inner healing do the work. At the end of the session, you will feel relaxed, balanced and re-energised.
