One of the most effective courses for complete novices or struggling meditators. No prior experience is needed. This one-hour workshop provides a complete introduction to meditation. Using a secular approach, the workshop explains the purpose of meditation, the nature of the mind, and how to work with the mind instead of against it in order to feel the benefits of it. Students have been raving about how easy it is to meditate with simple to follow techniques.
Hersha Chellaram runs Hersha Yoga, an Affiliate School of Integral Yoga in Hong Kong providing teacher training and accessible yoga.
