Shidokan Full-Contact Japanese Karate with Steven
Steven H. Lee has been training in Japanese full-contact karate for more than 29 years. He started training in full-contact karate in high school to fight back against bullying and racism. Because of this experience, his goal in teaching karate is to eliminate bullying in our society, to build up our youth through real martial arts training, and foster more understanding and friendship between nations and people. Steven is currently Branch Chief for Hong Kong and teaches at two dojos with members ranging from 5 years old to 50 years old. Steven recently established Korea branch in 2019 and Singapore branch in 2020 for Shidokan.
Steven is married with two children and is passionate about his work - building strategic relationships and raising assets - for one of the largest China A-share Quantitative Specialist hedge funds.
Yogic sleep and singing bowls with Rosalie e'Silva
Hit the pause button and completely relax with this guided meditation accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls.
This meditation is based on yoga nidra, or yogic sleep. Your body will be guided to relax whilst you keep your mind awake and alert. In this highly receptive state, you let go of tension, blocks and anything that no longer serves you. The vibrations of the singing bowls will help you journey inwards even deeper.
Expect to emerge from the class feeling clearer, lighter and completely relaxed. You'll be lying down for the whole session so you many want to bring a blanket and something to cover your eyes. You'll want to be as comfy and cozy as possible!
