假使情緒原來不像你預期?每年的10月10日為世界精神健康日,為提升香港人對精神健康的關注,是次亞洲協會香港中心(Asia Society Hong Kong Center)夥拍直播Facebook,請來社福機構合作夥伴聖雅各福群會高級經理歐陽妙雯,新生精神康復康會教育心理學家陳鑑忠,本地插畫家Dustykid創辦人陳塵和香港小姐及精神健康基金會「傳晴大使」李珊珊,分享如何用不一樣的態度看待情緒問題,以全新角度剖析精神健康議題。嘉賓除了會分享個人精神復康經歷及如何以靜觀冥想應對焦慮,更會分析以另類的社區活動讓大眾了解議題的成效,並示範以治療人心的插畫勉勵受情緒困擾的人士,與他們一起同行。

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed our operating environment and normal community support channels. This new normal is challenging individuals with a set of new mental stress points, resulting in nearly half of Hong Kong’s surveyed workforce exhibiting signs of anxiety disorders. Given the importance of mental wellness, we explore with mental health professionals critical tips and useful resources to help professionals, parents, and youth manage through the COVID-19 crisis in the workplace and at home. In Episode 24, come hear from Mr. Rap Chan, Founder of Dustykid, Ms San-San Lee, Champion of the 1996 Miss Hong Kong Pageant, Ms. Mandy Au-Yeung, Senior Manager of Rehabilitation Services, St. James’ Settlement and Mr. Stanley Chan, Education Psychologist from New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
Rap Chan Born and raised in Hong Kong, Rap Chan was named ‘Dusty Papa’ by his fans. He releases soul-healing Dustykid comics on social media every night, hoping to accompany readers during every stage of their growth and development. His works have gradually created resonance, and got a wide attention from young readers, office workers, and even professionals such as psychologists, social workers and academies.
About Dustykid
Up till today, Dustykid has accumulated over half a million fans locally and abroad altogether. It has worked with Enlighten & Fish since 2014. Other partners include British classic children’s books series Mr. Men Little Miss, lyrist Albert Leung, HK Tramways, Buddhist Compassion Magazine, etc. Till now, more than 30 heart-warming books have been released. The concise Dustykid comics and texts allow readers to self-reflect and be inspired.
Lee San-San (Chinese: 李珊珊) crowned as Miss Hong Kong 1996 and the first runner-up of Miss Chinese International Pageant in 1997. She then signed with TVB and had starred in numerous hit television dramas and variety shows.
After leaving TVB, she was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. She overcome the issues with treatments and supports from friends. Determined to promote mental health awareness in Hong Kong, she is now the ambassador for Mental Health Foundation Hong Kong.
Ms. Au Yeung Miu Man, Mandy is the Senior Manager of Rehabilitation Services, St. James’ Settlement. Mandy has over 18 years of clinical, supervisory and managerial experiences on mental health services in setting of halfway house, community and vocational rehabilitation service. She has relevant experience in leading multi-dimensional intervention and cooperation with multi-discipline teams in working with person who have mental health support need. Currently, she focuses on developing innovative mental health services including the Mobile Van for Publicity Service on Mental Wellness and Community Collaborative Care Project for early prevention and intervention in common mental health issues.
Mr. Chan Kam Chung, Stanley
Educational Psychologist

Mr. Chan is an Educational Psychologist in New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. Mr. Chan has attended "Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)" teacher training retreat by Oxford Mindfulness Center, ".b Curriculum" teacher training by Mindfulness in Schools Project in U.K., as well as "MYmind - mindfulness program for children with ADHD and ASD" teacher training by scholar from University of Amsterdam. Being an experienced mindfulness teacher, Mr. Chan is currently providing mindfulness programs for public and rendering training for mindfulness teachers. He is also a PhD candidate conducting research on mindfulness for families.
