International Day of Yoga 2019
VIEW EVENT DETAILSOn the occasion of the 5th International Day of Yoga, the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong and the Asia Society Hong Kong Center will collaborate on an initiative to address mindful living through the philosophies and practices of Yoga.
This one-day event will comprise of a series of yoga sessions suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Special classes for families, teens, professionals experiencing daily stress as those with physical challenges will be included. Workshops on meditation and talks on holistic practices of well-being such as Ayurveda & Mental Health, Meditation, and the Art of Breathing will be held through the day. Sessions will take place in English and/or Cantonese. There will be healthy food options available for lunch/snacks for participants of the event.
