Asia Society Hong Kong Center (ASHK) is proud to host a dialogue between Amy Chen, Chief Investment Officer of the Smithsonian Institution, and Dorothy Chan, Head of Philanthropy Services and Advisory, Asia Pacific, at HSBC Global Private Banking. Amy is among the most respected figures in institutional investing, managing a US$2.6 billion endowment supporting the world’s largest museum, education, and research complex.
What are the unique characteristics of the Smithsonian Institution and its funding? What is Amy’s approach toward institutional investing? How can these lessons be applied to other institutions? Join ASHK for what is sure to be a fascinating and informative discussion.
