Flow for Freedom is an empowering heart-based practice that is accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Flow together with pranayama and asana embodiment for the purpose of knowing yourself on a deeper level and access infinite potential where one feels absolutely free. With attuning of the body and mind through breath we aim to connect with our true selves resulting in a struggle-free life. Be guided as your own highly experienced teacher in artful embodiment weaving heart-centred breath and intention.
