Family Fair: Happiness & Wellness | 家庭遊藝日: 康樂同行

Hong Kong people face different problems every day: family, work, school, society, and interpersonal relationships. Upon all kinds of problems, people feel angry, fearful, helpless, and even confused. Asia Society Hong Kong Centre invites you to Family Fair: HAPPINESS & WELLNESS, using art to learn to soothe the negative emotions, give voice for yourself, and to find mental wellness and spiritual happiness.

Activities include handicrafts, Expressive Art workshops, making tactile name cards, Zentangle drawing, Pastel Nagomi art, and other workshops, as well as gallery tours. All the activities are supported by a number of non-profit organizations and service institute, including Institute of Mental Health Castle Peak Hospital, Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong, Jockey Club TourHeart Project, The Sovereign Art Foundation, and Hong Kong Expressive Arts Therapy Service Center.

香港人每天面對不同難題：家庭、工作、學業、社會、人際關係。種種問題容易令人憤怒、恐懼、無助，甚至迷惘。亞洲協會香港中心誠邀你參與康樂同行--家庭遊藝日，用藝術學習舒緩情緒，表達自己，尋找精神健康和快樂心靈。

遊藝日活動包括手工藝，繪畫及音樂表達藝術，觸感名片製作，禪繞畫，日本和諧粉彩藝術，大笑瑜伽等多個工作坊，及展覽導賞。當日活動青山醫院精神健康學院，香港展能藝術會，賽馬會心導遊計劃，The Sovereign Art Foundation及香港表達藝術治療服務中心等多個非牟利團體和服務機構提供。
