Evening concert with: Bright Sheng, conductor/piano; Mary Wu, piano; Jasmine Law, narrator; Hong Kong New Music Ensemble Soloists

Post-performance discussion: 9:30 pm

Celebrated conductor and composer Bright Sheng is joined by pianist Mary Wu, and soloists of the Hong Kong New Music Ensemble, in the first-ever Cantonese version of Igor Stravinsky's classic, Histoire du Soldat (The Soldier’s Tale) and chamber works by Bright Sheng. Post-performance discussion on art and China featuring Bright Sheng.
