Join us for an engaging dialogue on global political risk and implications for the Asia Pacific as experts covering Asia, US, Europe and the Middle East discuss how politics will impact markets and economies in the months ahead. What are Asia’s top economic and security challenges in 2016? Can Donald Trump become president and does the election matter for financial market outcomes? Will the UK leave the EU and what’s next for the EU’s refugee crisis? Can the Gulf countries manage acute risks from regional wars and declining oil revenues and will Iran become the region’s core economic and political powerhouse? Evan Medeiros, Managing Director for Asia, Eurasia Group, Senior Advisor to the Asia Society Policy Institute and formerly US President Obama’s top official on Asia will moderate the dialogue with his colleagues Sean West, Deputy CEO and US political risk expert; Ayham Kamel, Middle East Director and expert on regional geopolitics; and Mujtaba Rahman, Europe Practice Head and expert on European political risk.
