In January 2020, Hong Kong found itself on the cusp of a new pandemic, and the start of a new decade suddenly became a mirror of 2003. Our experiences of today’s Hong Kong may vary, and the stories we tell may be different, but each story is a part of our history.
Constructing stories is one of the most fundamental means of making meaning; as such Asia Society Hong Kong Center is collecting the stories of Hong Kong people that are inspired by or are related to their experience with COVID-19. They will be shared with the community in our first-ever online exhibition.

Special arrangement for COVID-19 (On-site)
Due to COVID-19 , we have implemented special measures for welcoming visitors to our Center. We recommend visitors who have travelled outside of Hong Kong and Macau in the past 14 days to stay at home and refrain from visiting our Center until 2 weeks of arrival in Hong Kong. All visitors should wear mask when they are inside the building. We adopt temperature check for visitors entering our building. Hand sanitizer is available at reception and throughout the Center. To avoid people gathering and to foster social distancing, we limit the number of visitors at certain venue. For the Jockey Club Hall, according to government recommendation, the maximum numbers of people would be no more than 100 at one time. We have implemented vigorous cleaning and sanitizing of our premise on a regular basis. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
