Each year, Asia Society invites people across the globe to submit nominees for the Drivers for Diversity Awards. These Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of individuals and companies that have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the advancement of AAPI employees.

Finalists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony and gala on May 15, 2024.

The Categories for 2024's Awards Are: 

• Most Inspiring AAPI Leader (Individual Award)
• Most Innovative AAPI Rising Star (Individual Award)
• Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award for Work in Support of AAPI Employees and Community (Company Award)

The deadline for nominations was March 22, 2024. Nominations are now closed.

Criteria:

In 1,000 words or less, please share why you think nominee (either yourself or another person) should be considered for the award category selected. We are prioritizing individuals and companies who have made significant and compelling progress toward the advancement of AAPI individuals in the community and/or corporate sector over the past 12 months. Please explain why this was impactful and give concrete examples. 

Selection and Judging Process:

Nominees will be reviewed by an independent judging panel made up of respected diversity, equity, and inclusion experts with no direct connection to the nominees or sponsor companies. They will review the essay prompt for each nominee and decide on five finalists for each award.
