Asia Society’s 2020 Global Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Virtual Symposium is a timely and relevant event bringing together the global community to address the challenges and opportunities we all face in dealing with the impacts of the ongoing public health crisis. During these challenging and uncertain times, we must recognize that our diversity and inclusion is a unique strength in coming to terms with our "new normal." By hearing from some of today’s brightest and inspiring minds from the academic, business, and social communities, we will explore how we as a community can best adjust to this new environment in a most healthy and sustainable way.
Over the course of two days, we invite you to learn how people are providing leadership during a crisis, what skills can help in transitioning to our "new normal," how recognizing and fighting against racism is necessary and important, how to best deal with stress and anxiety in support of our collective mental health, and how to best adapt to the future of the workplace environment. The symposium will also feature a “live” virtual networking experience, designed to help you connect with other like-minded individuals from across the U.S. and around the world on themes related to global talent, diversity and inclusion.
Please join us, participate and we hope you will come away knowing a bit more than you did before, that you are supported as a member of the Asia Society community and that we are all in this together.
