Asia Society is currently accepting submissions to the 2020 Asian Corporate Survey, an annual national benchmarking study aimed to fill a critical knowledge gap relating to the growth, development, and advancement of Asian Pacific American (APA) employees. Survey respondents will include a range of U.S.-based companies across industries, and data collected will be analyzed and converted into a public report to be issued in May 2021. The survey aims to identify those companies which are perceived as best at attracting, developing, and retaining APA talent, while highlighting best corporate practices. Companies that are high performing in several categories will be nominated to receive awards and receive public recognition in both the report and at Asia Society's Global Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Virtual Symposium, scheduled for May 19-20, 2021. Awardees will be chosen by a panel comprised of experts in the diversity and inclusion field. Those experts have no relationship with companies that participate in the survey.
This year, the survey will expand its collection of data to how companies have reached out and included APA employees in their responses to COVID-19 and a renewed and heightened national conversation on racial equity.
Participation in the survey is free, and restricted to U.S.-based companies. To participate in the survey and/or consider partnership offerings (see below), please contact Chris Belisle, Executive Director of Corporate Relations for Asia Society, at cbelisle@asiasociety.org.
