In the span of just a few decades, China has transformed into a science and technology superpower. But how did it get here and where is it headed?

Inside China’s Tech Boom, a new film from the PBS science series NOVA, examines China’s rising tech sector. How is China evolving from manufacturing powerhouse to global innovator? How are its Western rivals responding? And what does its rise mean for the future of the global economy?

Join the Asia Society and NOVA for a special screening and panel discussion featuring producers, filmmakers, and experts from Inside China’s Tech Boom as they discuss the film and how recent events are impacting the Chinese tech sector.

Inside China’s Tech Boom premieres Wednesday, November 8 at 9PM ET/8PM CT on PBS and will be available for streaming at pbs.org/nova, NOVA on YouTube, and the PBS App.
