Asia Society Australia is delighted to host an Executive Briefing breakfast with Australia's incoming Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, Graham Fletcher. Before taking up his new post, Mr Fletcher will brief Asia Society members and invited guests on his thoughts on the current state of the Australia-China relationship and the outlook during his tenure.

About our speaker
Graham Fletcher, Australia's incoming Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China
Mr Fletcher is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and was most recently First Assistant Secretary, North Asia Division. He has previously served overseas as Deputy Head of Mission, Australian Embassy, Washington; Deputy Head of Mission, Australian Embassy, Beijing; and Counsellor, Australian Embassy, Beijing. Mr Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
Executive Briefings are a curated series of meetings presented by diplomats, business leaders and subject matter experts from Asia and Australia. Designed to offer a deep dive into the critical issues of the day, to an audience of senior executives from the business, political, educational and cultural institutions that make up the Asia Society network.
