Since launching this initiative in 2021, we have provided programming and resources aligned with AWE’s mission to connect and mobilize a global network of influential Asian women, with the collective goals of moving the needle toward increased representation, helping AAPI women break into leadership, board service and beyond. As part of this work, we spotlight the achievements of Asian women game changers who have made significant strides in their industries and whose contributions inspire the next generation of leaders. We are excited to not only celebrate the achievements of Asian women trailblazers at the AWE Luncheon, but also recognize the vital role of a strong support system that includes community, mentors, role models, and an empowering workplace.
