Join us for this workshop led by experts from Bank of America, Kalyani Chirra, Managing Director and Wealth Strategies Advisor, and Kristine Reynal, Managing Director, Private Client Advisor, and explore best practices on how to build a financial strategy that supports your long-term goals - whether that's a successful exit, scaling for sustainable growth, or creating a business that gives you freedom and fulfillment.

Conversations will be led by the following experts:

Kalyani R. Chirra is a Managing Director and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. In this role, she formulates and implements comprehensive strategies designed to assist clients in the areas of wealth planning, estate planning, business succession planning, risk management, and philanthropy. Clients include founders and owners of private businesses, owners and developers of residential and commercial real estate, and generations of extended families. In addition to offering clients a broad range of wealth management, investment, fiduciary and banking services, she collaborates with clients’ trusted advisors to help minimize estate, gift, income, and real property taxes in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2007, Kalyani worked as an attorney in the trusts and estates section of a full-service law firm with high-net-worth individuals and families in the areas of income tax, estate and gift tax, and philanthropy.

Kalyani earned her B.S. degree in cognitive science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Fond of dancing and supporting her community, Kalyani is a former board member and current volunteer for The Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, which supports victims of domestic violence and children living in poverty.

Kristine Louis Reynal is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. Kristine provides customized wealth strategies and advice to a select group of high-net worth individuals, couples, and families. Forward thinking, she offers a highly tailored approach that is grounded in the unique circumstances and priorities of each relationship, resulting in a more purposeful and cohesive framework to advance client objectives.

Kristine directs a team of in-house specialists, each with extensive knowledge in a particular wealth discipline. Together, they support clients in identifying and capitalizing on possible efficiencies in multiple contexts of wealth: investments; trust and estate planning services; charitable and philanthropic planning; customized real estate lending; fine art, aircraft and yacht lending; secured and unsecured lines of credit, as well as preferred banking services. Passionate in her commitment to the arts, Kristine advises a number of artists and art collectors, connecting them to the specialized capabilities within the Art Services Group at the Private Bank.

Kristine joined the firm in 2004 from Citigroup Private Bank, where she spent seven years as a Vice President and Relationship Manager. Her career has spanned more than two decades in service to high net- worth individuals and families in the greater New York area. She earned her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University.

Kristine serves on the board of directors for Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles. She is a former board member, current council member, and serves on the investment committee for MCC Theater, an off-Broadway theater company dedicated to nurturing emerging playwrights. She also volunteers her time and voice to Vocal Ease, a New York City-based nonprofit that provides live entertainment and enhanced quality of life to senior citizens at hospitals, nursing homes, and senior centers.
