Bi-khim Hsiao Appointed Taiwan's Representative to U.S.

On June 16th, Asia 21 Young Leader Bi-khim Hsiao from the inaugural class of 2006 was appointed Taiwan's representative to the U.S. Hsiao, a senior advisor at Taiwan's National Security Council and a former member of the Legislative Yuan, will be the first woman to head the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Washington, D.C.
