Anam Zakaria ('18) Publishes Her Second Book, "Between the Great Divide"

On January 21, 2019, Asia 21 Young Leader Anam Zakaria ('18) launched her second book, Between the Great Divide: A Journey into Pakistan-administered Kashmir, in Islamabad, Pakistan. The culmination of years of research, interviews, and travel, Between the Great Divide explores the lesser known human cost of the Kashmir conflict. Rather than parroting partisan doublespeak, Zakaria uses the narratives of the very people living in that region to examine the impact that politics and policies have had on their lived experiences.

The book was published in August 2018 by HarperCollins India, and is available for purchasing on Amazon.
